My normal sleep pattern for a long time has been to naturally get out of bed around 9:30 a.m. Since you have been sending me Distant Reiki Treatments between 7-8 a.m., I have been waking earlier and more refreshed. At the precise point in time, I was blessed to have the opportunity to receive First Degree Reiki Training from Reiki Master, Patti Gould.
The overall experience was very educational, real, and inspiring on all levels.
I have now gained a deeper sense of peace in my life by regular self treatments and by sharing this peace with others.
Since my Reiki Training I am more open to change and transformation and have found a deeper balance in my life.
I am looking forward to my Second Degree Training.

Reiki Master, Patti Gould is the kindest, most compassionate person I know. She has given me Reiki Treatments on several occasions. When I had severe headache from cervical spine issues, she would dispel them with just a gentle placement of her hands. On other occasions, she gave me a full body Reiki Treatment. Patti has given me reiki treatments twice. Once in New York when I had a lower back pain. She was wonderful with her touch and after only a few minutes I felt a warm and comforting change, the pain soon went away.

As I get into a resting position and look at the time I slowly started to feel a warm and calming sense in my chest. I loose track of time and about 25 minutes later I “wake up” rather quickly and feel immediately refreshed.
